Palmetto Clinic of Chiropractic emphasizes wellness and nutrition for optimal healthy living. We work with a variety of patients and our goal is to help you determine your health goal(s) and then give you the services, tools and support to realize those goals.

We focus on both families and individuals. Our practice believes in educating our patients and the public about the importance of spinal health and overall nutrition for the body.
